Each product is designed and manufactured to perform under strict foodservice industry standards. This 10 capacity deep fryer is designed for entry level and lighter duty cooking applications. It is constructed from stainless steel material and features a european thermostat with a range from 70F - 375F. The electrical head and element, and oil pan are removable for easy cleaning. The four feet are adjustable to keep the fryer level. There are two high quality chrome plated baskets with insulated handles. Each basket measures 4-1/2-inch wide by 9-1/2-inch deep by 4-inch high. It has a swing up heating element and a lift out fry pot. It is NSF and UL approved and can be plugged into a 120V - 15 amp outlet. It measures 14-3/4-inch high by 17-1/2-inch deep by 11-1/4-inch wide. It offers a exclusive one-year replacement warranty. Model CPF10.
